What Do Native Apps Refreshed With Windows 11 Look Like?

We’re taking a closer look at the new looks for apps that are built into Windows.

Windows 11, which was first introduced in June, will begin to reach users with supported hardware as of October 5 . With the upcoming operating system, major changes are taking place in the user interface and the Fleunt Design design language is adopted.

Microsoft will use a tool called “Mica” to make apps and desktop items match your wallpaper. However, it was especially emphasized that performance would not be adversely affected , even if improvements were made in all areas visually.

As you know, in line with this design goal, native applications of Windows also gain a modern look. In summary, it would be good to say that every field of applications is changing from top to bottom. Let’s take a closer look at the applications that have changed with Windows 11. In addition to this, let’s note that different applications may change, apart from the ones below.

paint

Paint is getting touch-friendly improvements for Windows 11’s native dark mode and items in the title menu. There are also changes such as new icons, rounded corners, improved color selection tool, a new font picker and brush settings. Additionally, separate buttons for undo, save, view and file are added as part of the new header design.
